We want you to be completely satisfied with your Igloo® purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our warehouse inspects the items.
